Groups and Workshops
Expecting a baby or navigating the early stages of parenthood can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our supportive groups for expectant and new parents provide a safe space to share experiences, gain emotional support, and connect with others who are going through similar challenges. Led by a trained therapist, these groups offer valuable insights on managing stress, building confidence, and strengthening relationships while transitioning into parenthood. Whether you’re seeking practical advice, coping strategies, or simply a community of understanding, our groups are here to support you every step of the way.
