Groups and Workshops

Expecting a baby or navigating the early stages of parenthood can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our supportive groups for expectant and new parents provide a safe space to share experiences, gain emotional support, and connect with others who are going through similar challenges. Led by a trained therapist, these groups offer valuable insights on managing stress, building confidence, and strengthening relationships while transitioning into parenthood. Whether you’re seeking practical advice, coping strategies, or simply a community of understanding, our groups are here to support you every step of the way.

  • Making Sense of Birth: A Therapy Group to Process Difficult Birth Experiences

Many of us prepare extensively for birth, but few are given the opportunity to process it afterward.

If you're still thinking about your birth months or years later—replaying moments, questioning decisions, carrying disappointment, grief, fear, or anger—you are not alone.

This six-week therapy group brings together women who want space to process difficult birth experiences in a supportive, therapeutic environment. By sharing stories, witnessing one another's experiences, and exploring the emotional impact of birth, participants often discover greater self-compassion, clarity, and connection.

    Monday starting July 13

    1:00–2:30 PM
    Fort Greene, Brooklyn
    $450 for six sessions

Space is limited to support meaningful connection and discussion. Contact me to learn more or register.
